Freshly galvanized coax arms, fitted with hoops.  This is what a set of hoop arms look like.  Top arm is curved to hold/hang the cables, and the hoop arms below guide the cables as the tower extends/retracts.

Looking up a HDX-472 tower with four curved style arms. You can see how each arm is curved, and the cables are attached at each arm with tape.  When the tower retracts, all cables are held off the ground.
