Introduction

KF7P Metalwerks (“we” or “us”) values its customers’ privacy. This privacy policy summarizes what information we might collect from our customer (“you”), and what we will and will not do with it.

Please note that this privacy policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that KF7P Metalwerks does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by KF7P Metalwerks.

What we do with your personally identifiable information

It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user or provide you with any products or services. “Personally identifiable information” means information that can be used to identify you as an individual or a company, such as, for example:

•your name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address

•your and your companies identification, tax identification, user ID and password (if applicable)

•credit card information (if applicable)

If you do provide personally identifiable information to us, we will:

•not sell or rent it to a third party without your permission;

•take commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction;

•not use or disclose the information except:

oas necessary to provide services or products you have ordered, such as (for example) by providing it to a carrier to deliver products you have ordered;

oin other ways described in this privacy policy or to which you have otherwise consented;

oas required by law, for example, in response to a subpoena or search warrant;

oas necessary to enforce any Purchase Agreement;

Your privacy responsibilities

To help protect your privacy, be sure:

•not to share your user ID or password with anyone else;

•to take customary precautions to guard against “malware” (viruses, trojan horses, bots, etc.), for example by installing and updating suitable anti-virus software.

Notice to European Union users

KF7P Metalwerks’ operations are located primarily in the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) to the United States. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein.

Information collected from children

You must be at least 18 years old to use KF7P Metalwerks’ Web site(s) and service(s). KF7P Metalwerks does not knowingly collect information from children. (See the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.)

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as we deem necessary or appropriate because of legal compliance requirements or changes in our business practices. If you have provided us with an email address, we will endeavor to notify you, by email to that address, of any material change to how we will use personally identifiable information.

Check or money order:  Sure!  Shipping on orders paid with personal check will be delayed while check clears.  There is a 5% discount on orders paid by money order to offset credit card companies’ charges.

Local Utah Customers:  If you want to place an order and have it shipped to you, order as usual.  If you want to pick it up in person to avoid the shipping charge (can’t say I blame you), DO NOT order online!  Email me first for instructions.  Thanks.

Returns: Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase and must be unmodified, uninstalled, and/or in original packaging and condition.  Original purchase price will be refunded less 20% restocking fee.  Contact me first for a return authorization.  ALSO:  Since PayPal does not refund the credit card fees associated with a purchase, the 3% they charge for this service will not be refunded on returns.  You take a 3% hit.  Sorry but I can’t do anything about this.  Make sure your order is correct before the final step.

Shipping:  I use USPS, FedEx, and UPS with tracking numbers so you can keep track of your order.  Tracking information is emailed at the time of shipping.  I usually ship orders 5 pounds or less by USPS Priority Mail.  Orders over 5 pounds go UPS ground.    

International orders:   Our site isn’t configured to compute international shipping, so you may either 1) order from the website and I will be sending a separate invoice for shipping, or 2) contact me with a list of the items you want to purchase, and I will reply with an invoice for the order including shipping.  Either way, we can handle your order!  

The following items cannot be shipped internationally:  Coax arms, standoff arms, galvanized tower equipment, Harger Unishots, anti-oxidant greases, paints, lubricants and liquid items.

Payment: I use the PayPal CART/CHECKOUT system for easy payment WHICH INCLUDES CREDIT CARDS.   A PayPal account is NOT NEEDED to checkout!   If you click on “Add to Cart” and you are unable to complete the order, or if something goes haywire, don’t panic!  Send me an email with the items you want to order and I will complete the purchase manually with you either by email or phone.
